With an extensive track record in multi-family, the Stoneleigh team is currently focused on development of new communities including our most recent concept Savannah-Living, a series of single-story build-to-rent communities featuring superior amenities, floor plans and locations. In 2024, delivery of the first two Savannah – Living communities in Wisconsin and Michigan began followed soon after by one in Iowa.
